Happy President’s Day (Apparently)!
Clearly I have no sense of time, but I hope you’ve had a good week and that if you’re in the US I hope you enjoy the holiday and the…er…car sales.
This week I wrote 4667 words once again managing to do much better than I thought I had. It’s nice at the end of a week to find you’ve been more productive than you thought.
Events are reaching a fever pitch. Plans are colliding, violence is erupting, and I’m quickly approaching certain confrontations that I’ve been looking forward to writing for nearly a year now. So that’s exciting, and I’m tentative hoping to finally have the draft done within the next 2-3 weeks. Tentatively.
On that note, I’m going to change my writing goals for the first time. Since I’ve managed 4000 words or more the past two weeks I’m going to make that my goal going forward. 600 words a day/ 4200 total. (Because 4000 didn’t divide evenly into 7. It’s the little things.) So we’ll see how that goes. Fingers crossed.
